Q: How do I set my aim FOV to 360/no restriction?

A: Just set it to zero. 0 means no FOV restrictions.

Q: What does 'Lock Method' mean? What is the difference between 'Leading' and 'Trailing' besides of the purple lines?

A: Lock Method defines what kind of aiming you prefer while trying to lock onto the target. Leading mode requires you to aim at the position the target will be at once the projectile hits the target (i.e. shooting ahead) while Trailing mode allows you to aim directly at the target without accounting for it's future movement.

Q: How can I keep 'Leading' lock method without purple lines?

A: You can't turn it off since it makes no sense to use Leading method while you have no idea where to aim at for Aim Bot to lock onto the target. If you think you don't need purple lines to aim effectively, why not disabling the Aim Bot entirely?

Q: What is lerp? What does those lerp modes do? Should I even change them?

A: Lerp stands for 'Linear Interpolation' and is designed to smooth entity movement/animation. However, having a large lerp value highly decreases accuracy due to pose-parameter lag compensation. Use 'No Lerp' to completely disable interpolation and increase accuracy (but you will see entities having jerky movement/animation). Use 'Low Lerp' in case you don't need 99% accuracy, but instead want to see smooth gameplay. Use 'None' if you want to keep the default lerp value.

Q: What is Angle Fix? What does 'No Angle Fix' do?

A: Angle Fix comes from SVC_FixAngle, which is a server packet to reset your view angles. It's being used in a lot of cases, such as angles being reset on respawn, map teleport triggers, sourcemod drug effects, etc. Having this option enabled ignores this packet, making it impossible for the server to change your view angles.

Q: What is DSP? What does 'No DSP' do?

A: DSP stands for Dynamic Sound Processor and is designed to make realistic deaf/echo/ricochete effects. However, that might be annoying, so you're free to block DSP.

Q: What are fade/shake effects? What does 'No Fade/Shake' do?

A: Fading/Shaking effects are base screen effects used by some maps/servers. Having these options enabled blocks such effects from being applied to your screen.

Q: What are string commands? What does 'Block String Commands' do?

A: String command is a command represented as a plain string and has it's own handler which does some action once you enter it. For instance, 'retry' command forces you to reconnect to the current server. However, there are not that many commands that are allowed to be executed by the server that are annoying. This option is designed to protect your game client from being exploited by the server admins trying to execute something on your game. It's recommended to have this option enabled.

Q: How do I set my custom name/disconnect reason?

A: Use 'nc_setname %name%' and 'nc_setdisconnectreason %reason%'. There will be input fields in the near future.

Q: What OS are supported by the cheat?

A: Every Windows OS since XP SP1 and later.

Q: I'm getting authorization failures all the time I'm trying to start the loader, how to fix this?

A: There might be several reasons behind why this is happening:
1) You're trying to start an old loader after you have changed your password.
2) You're using blacklisted software such as VMs/Sandboxes.
3) Your account has been suspended/blocked due to a La/ToS violation.

Q: I've attempted to chargeback my purchase and lost the case. Now I've lost my money, plus an extra fee because I disputed the charge, and now my account is suspended! What should I do?

A: You could always try not scamming people out of their hard-earned money, especially when they're smart enough to counteract chargebacks. We've got a question for you: What makes you think you'll be allowed to continue using our software after violating our LA/ToS?

Q: My friend/fellow/random person told me they were VAC banned because of Null Core, what should I do?

A: Use critical thinking. Have you ever asked any proofs about those VAC bans? Are you sure the person you're talking to, never used any other cheat/tools within banned account? Do you think 'trust me' is enough evidence? Null Core had only two cases of detection due to RO/RE randomization failure. Lots of people got VAC banned due to using other detected cheats and/or tools which led to a VAC ban.

Q: I got VAC banned, why?

A: Did you ever use any other cheats on the banned account? Did you ever use AHK/Toolboxes or other software like Cheat Engine? Did you ever install 3rd-party plugins? If the answer to all of these questions is 'No' and you're 100% sure - you're unlucky. Otherwise, it's most likely you got VAC banned due to one of the reasons above.

Q: Can I use Null Core with my main? Will I be VAC banned?

A: Of course you can. We do not restrict the way you use the cheat. However, you should still be careful and use common sense when cheating on a valuable account. No one knows if you'll be banned. The Best way is to make an alt account and use the cheat for 2-3 months on that account. If you have received no bans, you may treat that as being safe.

Q: How can I know that it is undetected?

A: Check out this profile. I use it to ragehack from time to time.

Q: Can you make a very private cheat for me if I pay you some extra?

A: Are you some very special snowflake who wants to be 'the one and only'? For those who don't get the sarcasm - The answer is 'No'.

Q: What kind of data do you collect due to your La/ToS?

A: Cheat/Loader usage, HWIDs, IPs, SteamIDs. You can view all this data in your profile#stats.

Q: What does 'Untrusted' mean in my website profile?

A: It seems like you have violated the La/ToS. Every time the system detects a violation, it adds +1 to untrust counter and applies a temporary ban to your account to prevent further malicious activity. Continuing to do so will result in your account being permanently suspended. While having less than 3 untrusts, your account is not restricted in any way. However, if you reach the untrust ban threshold, which is currently set to 3 detections, the system will automatically suspend your account. Untrusted flag is not lifted under any circumstances unless it's manually done by system administrator. All tech support requests about lifting untrust will be ignored. Your account might be also untrusted due to any kind of malicious activity detected from our side.

Q: Cheat is not working for me, what do I do?

A: Fix your system. Due to latest poll, only few people ever crashed with Null Core. If this is the case for you - try uninstalling any 'optimizing' software/drivers that might affect the game. If it doesn't help - contact our tech support in order to resolve this issue.

Q: What does Sequence Exploits mean? What does Sequence Freezing supposed to do? How do I use it properly?

A: Sequence Freezing (c) is a new Source Engine exploit discovered by our development team which allows you to 'traverse back in time' for a short period of time. It causes server-side simulation time freezing, so this is where the term comes from. It ables you to become invulnerable against lag-compensated shots (basically, bullet-based weapons, if you're moving sideways [left/right] from the enemy and they have some latency [>50ms]), dupe items by holding the SF key before touching the item, instantly cap control points in TF2 and more. New usage of this exploit is being found every now and then. For now, the most powerful effect is an ability to get infinite health and ammo from healthkits/ammo packs and other pickupable items in every Source Engine based game and also being pretty much unhittable while fast moving sideways. You can even shoot while using SF, but you'll have to wait for time difference to be normilized after you've pressed the key. However, sometimes it helps if you switch weapons while using the exploit. We're currently working on adding full support for Aim Bot and other features to compensate for this exploit, so you can expect our Aim Bot to pretty much destroy other people using it.

Q: So, I just met some guy with 'Force-Ignored' and he told me he will ban me. Wtf is this?

A: Well, you just got pranked, bro. No one is in power to do harm to your subscription/steam account(s). Our small community is different for being friendly with our 'allies' (other NCUs), so basically if someone from higher-ranked NCUs (beta testers, development team members) is saying that to you, they're basically joking. The only reason your account might be suspended is due to La/ToS violation, the detection is automated. If there's a Force-Ignored NCU who is ruining your day by not letting you aim at them while they're intentionally killing you - make sure to record a demo and send it to me. If a violation detected, the person will be deranked and kicked out of development team.

    1) PURCHASING

    1. All payments are non-refundable, unauthorized chargebacks will not be accepted, except for the case if the customer is unable to use the product due to hardware identification issues and/or issues related to software compatibility.
    2. Once the customer has purchased the software subscription they may use it until the expiration date if no violations has been made.
    3. NCL will not recover subscription time lost due to maintenance and hardware/software failure related to NCS backend and/or NCL itself.
    4. If the customer has troubles using the automated payment form, they are required to wait a few days to make sure the issue is not related to PayPal maintenance


    2) LIABILITY
    NCL is not responsible for any losses the customer may sustain as a result of a Valve Anti-Cheat ban while using NCS or any other in-game bans, including, but not limited to: untrusts, gameserver bans, cooldowns, etc... It is always advisable to be careful and use the NCS on an alternative account. Failure to do so, regardless of how much they may have lost, is the responsibility of the customer. NCL/NCS takes no responsibility for the customer's online gaming accounts as a result of using this website or any software, or data contained within. NCL/NCS may track information related to NCL/NCS usage for statistics. However, the customer's private information is never exposed. NCL/NCS keep the right of terminating/suspending any account without refunding, if fraud and/or illegal activity is detected, including, but not limited to: hacking, scamming, cracking, spoofing and debugging activities.


    3) USAGE

      The customer is permitted to:
    1. Download purchased executable to their own PC.
    2. Share their executable with their friends for demonstrative purposes only. The customer takes full responsibility for every action of the person they share their executable with.
    3. Infinitely reset their HWID via website in the event they upgrade their computer.
    4. Store the NCS executable on their computer or removable media for their own personal use.
    5. Make promotional media related to Null Core.

    6. The customer is NOT permitted to:
    7. Distribute their executable to any third party, except for the case described in paragraph 3B.
    8. Modify their executable in any way.
    9. Spoof the protocol/network traffic used by executables and/or injected game.
    10. Reverse engineer their executable and/or injected game in any way.
    11. Run their loader in sandboxes and/or virtual machines.
    12. Perform any malicious or illegal activities against NCL including, but not limited to: DoS/DDoS attacks, network traffic spoof, etc...
    13. Make media content designed for misinforming potential clients about our product quality.
    14. Perform unauthorized chargebacks.
    15. Resell their account.
    16. Impersonate other members, moderators, or developers of NCL in any way.
    17. Fabricate any kind of data/evidence to substitute other Null Core users.


    4) SUPPORT
    Once the customer purchases the software subscription for any of listed games the customer gets free support and future updates till the expiration date of the NCS license. The customer might want to contact NCL team to report a bug or get help. The customer must make sure they follow these rules:

    1. The customer must contact the team ONLY via specialized website feedback form.
    2. The customer must describe their issue as detailed as possible, attaching links to screenshots and videos, if possible.

    However, NCL might reject the customer's help/support request if the customer:
    1. Doesn't provide enough information about the issue.
    2. Complains about something that can only happen in a single server.
    3. Complains about something that isn't actually a bug.
    4. Complains about something that the customer can't understand/get used to.
    5. Uses external software that is not supported by NCS.
    6. Abuses any of the system faults/exploits.
    7. Asks questions unrelated to issues and/or bugs and/or doesn't consist of technical basis, but theoretical and/or indirect doubts.
    8. Fails to comply with professional ethics.
    9. Fails to fill the feedback form properly.
    10. Tries to spam using the feedback form.
    11. Addresses a non-issue request.

    The customer's request and/or an ability to open tickets might be temporarily or permanently suspended in case they don't follow the rules. Any requests to contact NCL members via 'NCL Team' page and report issues directly will be blocked.


    6) EXTERNAL RESOURCES
    NCL has not reviewed all of the websites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked website. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by NCL. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.


    Violation of these rules will result in the customer's account being temporarily suspended or completely terminated, discontinuation of any further services from NCL and possible legal action if any local or remote laws are violated in the process.
